Appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)

If you have been ordered removed then you have to quickly decide if you want to file an appeal of that decision. Your appeal must be filed within 30 days unless there is some exceptionally good reason for the delay. We start with a notice of appeal which can usually be drafted and filed on the same day if necessary.

Immigration laws are very complicated and difficult to understand. Even if your case seems hopeless, immigration laws change quickly and cases on appeal can get the benefit of those changes. When you are going to file an appeal you have to hire a really good immigration attorney that knows the law. You also have to locate every document in the case and review the court transcripts for legal errors to raise on appeal.

If you have a similar situation we can help. We work with families and businesses who have cases ongoing with other firms and we simply take over the case and get it back on track. Or we can review your documents and advise you on how best to proceed. All of our work comes with the Integrity Refund and Performance Guarantee.
