Flexible fee structures and payment options provide you with the best value available anywhere.
My attorney said she was an expert, but she never returned my phone calls and I had no idea what was going on with my E-2 Visa case. After two months I learned that she had not even started it! I saw the INA website and decided to call and set up an appointment with Mark. It was like night and day, and he began working on my case right away. INA filed my case well before the expiration of my B-1 Visa and I got the approval within 15 days. It was great - I highly recommend INA." C.M., Canada (E-2 Treaty Investor Visa - 5 years)
Our Attorney services are designed to help you get the information and services you need as quickly as possible at a price you can afford. Our attorneys talk to people from all over the world every day for free, knowing that our professional privileges must include a commitment to unconditional service to the community. Our clients appreciate our flat fee because it provides a fixed cost that they can rely on, unlike hourly rates.
Although we prefer to have the entire fee paid before performing services, we can provide a financing agreement for your legal services. We normally require 50% of the quoted fee as a retainer and will charge a $25 processing fee for each subsequent payment. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for each late payment, and we will have the option to withdraw from your case. Given these terms, most of our clients choose to set up automatic payments, use credit cards or obtain their own financing.
INA Free Initial Telephone Consultation with a Licensed Immigration Attorney (10 minutes):
During normal business hours our Receptionist will request information from you to quickly determine the facts of your case and the result you wish to achieve. This information is then passed along to our attorney. When our attorneys speak to you over the phone for the first time, we realize that (1) we are establishing an attorney-client relationship, (2) have a legal duty to hold every word you speak in absolute confidence, and (3) we have a legal duty to provide advice that you can rely upon. For this reason, during your free initial telephone consultation we will ask you a series of questions designed to quickly and efficiently determine if we can help you. We try to shine light on the "big picture" issues in your case. We will also answer your general questions regarding how immigration law applies to your situation. If we determine we can assist you, we will offer to schedule you a needs assessment.
If you call INA after regular business hours, you may be directed to leave a message on our free initial telephone consultation voice mail. We are committed to providing free legal advice to as many people in the community as possible given our work commitments and scheduling opportunities. For this reason, we request you leave your name, telephone number, email address (if you have one), a brief description of your immigration concern and any important questions you may have. This will assist us in responding to you in a timely manner with accurate information - usually within 48 hours. Please speak slowly and clearly.

INA Needs Assessment ($250)
We understand that the stakes are high in immigration law. With the complexity and ever changing nature of immigration law, you deserve to have plenty of time to show a licensed immigration attorney all of your documents and discuss every aspect of your immigration situation. You also need the assurance of absolute confidentiality to tell your full story to us before receiving our advice. The INA Needs Assessment provides you with that opportunity. The INA Needs Assessment is designed to determine if you qualify for rights under the immigration laws. It seeks to provide you with an INA Immigration Strategy, and, if appropriate, an INA Proposal and Contract for Services. The INA Needs Assessment lasts from one to two hours, and is an exceptional value in this area of law. Even if we determine you do not qualify for any benefits or programs under the US immigration laws, this information will prevent you from being taken advantage of by illegal "Immigration Consultants" or "Notarios". We prefer to meet in person, and can conduct them telephonically or via internet video web-streaming. We usually email or fax questionnaires and checklists of documents prior to the meeting. Depending on the complexity of your case, we may schedule a follow up appointment to allow for further research.
Your INA Immigration Strategy is the road map we use to guide us in working together. It is a checklist of tasks and deadlines specific to your case that, when complete, produces the results that you can count on to succeed. The INA Needs Assessment provides you with a confidential, in-depth forum to discuss all of the facts of your case and all of your goals and needs. We will take as much time as is necessary to create a complete picture of your immigration history and current situation. We will also research the most current immigration law and procedure to determine what is required in order for your case to be approved. We will then prepare your Immigration Strategy for the easiest, fastest and most cost effective way to achieve your goals and will furnish you with a Proposal and Contract for our services.
As part of the Needs Assessment we will draft a Proposal and Contract for services that defines the scope of services intended to achieve your Immigration Strategy. INA uses five levels of pricing to perform the highest quality legal services while at the same time honoring your budget considerations and time constraints:
INA LEGAL SERVICES FEES:

Standard Service
