Since U.S. Immigration Law is federal in nature (there is no involvement with state law), the attorneys are authorized to appear before any immigration court, as well as at USCIS interviews and consular interviews. Notwithstanding the federal administrative nature of our practice, we may associate with lawyers in other jurisdictions where a matter of that states law is involved. For example, definition of an employer-employee relationship or family relationships would require local counsel. In that rare event, our clients will be advised of the need for such an association.
